Adam C. Wright –
is a DFW composer, vocal arranger, orchestrator, and performer. Previous Music Directing credits include: Altar Boyz, Zanna Don't, bare: a pop opera, and Ruthless! [Uptown Players]; The Rocky Horror Show (Rabin nominated) [Contemporary Theater of Dallas]; Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type, A Little House on the Prairie Christmas, The Music Lesson, Junie B Jones, and The Stinky Cheese Man [Dallas Children’s Theater]; Man of la Mancha, Songs for a New World (Rabin nominated), and Cabaret [Flower Mound Performing Arts Theatre]; You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (Rabin nominated) [Richardson Theatre Centre];The Fantasticks, Dreamgirls, Victor/Victoria, and Once on This Island [TFM Productions]. Adam is on the faculty of the Dallas Children's Theater, and also teaches at a private voice and piano studio with his partner and local performer Jeff Kinman. Adam and Jeff are currently writing an original project entitled A Taste of Beauty. Ruthless! [FMPAT], Into the Woods [RTC], and Giggle, Giggle, Quack [DCT]. Adam will be music directing the US premier of the musical Closer to Heaven by Jonathan Harvey and the Pet Shop Boys at Uptown Players in 2010.
