Active as a collaborative pianist since 2000, I have accompanied numerous singers and instrumentalists in recitals at Northwestern Univ School of Music, DePaul Univ School of Music, Chicago College of Performing Arts, etc.
Professional engagements as a collaborative pianist and chamber musician have included performances at Grand Teton Music Festival, Aspen Music Festival, Music Academy of the West, Linton Chamber Music Series in Cincinnati, Dame Myra Hess Series at the Chicago Cultural Center, Civic Orchestra of Chicago Chamber Ensembles, Music Institute of Chicago, Chicago Chamber Musicians, WFMT, and at Weill Recital Hall in NYC. I have performed in master classes given by Marilyn Horne, Thomas Hampson, Frank Lopardo, Warren Jones, Paula Robison, and William Bennett, among others. I have also worked as a coach/accompanist for Opera Colorado, El Paso Opera, Chicago Opera Theater, and is a former faculty of the Northwestern High School Music Institute.
I received a MM in performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and a BM in performance from Oberlin College. Additional studies as a fellowship student at Aspen Music School and the Music Academy of the West. My teachers have included Joseph Schwartz, John Perry, Michael Chertock, Teresa Dybvig, Warren Jones, and Anne Epperson. |
