Additional Info:	Jason performs solo and chamber ensemble recitals and accompanies regularly on the concert platform across the country. Jason was appointed accompanist for the Froncysyllte Male Voice Choir in 2010 - for details of their tour schedule click here. Jason was born in Castleford, West Yorkshire, in 1985 and initially studied at the Leeds College of Music. In 2008 he graduated from Liverpool University with a BA (Hons) Degree in Music, where he studied piano with Eva Warren and composition with James Wishart and Professor Michael Talbot. Jason has won awards including, the Viscount Leverhulme Cup, the Rushworth & Dreaper Rose Bowl and the Keith Hill Cup at the Chester Music Festival. Jason has performed at venues such as Wigmore Hall - London, The Royal Academy of Music - London, The Chichester Festival Theatre, and Liverpool’s St Georges Hall. Jason's recent recital and chamber music performances have taken place at New Brighton's Floral Pavilion, Bury parish church, Liverpool University and Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. Jason is also a tutor of piano and has trained and taught at the Yamaha School of Music, and was recently involved with training a choir in conjunction with BBC Radio Merseyside in aid of “Liverpool 800”. In addition to this he has performed at many concerts with local choirs, artists and ensembles and been involved in several recordings for BBC Radio Merseyside. Jason has also performed with members of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and was the official accompanist for “Merseyside Young Singer of the Year.” Jason is also the accompanist for the Capriccio Singers Chamber Choir, and enjoys regular performances with them across the North of England and Wales.
