I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Ithaca College (piano emphasis.) I am classically trained, but also possess a natural proclivity towards musical theater/Broadway styles. I have been accompanying shows since High School, and while in graduate school, was afforded a two year fellowship at Radford University in piano accompanying. In this capacity, I played for vocalists, instrumentalists, and opera workshop performances.
Currently, I work in Arizona in a similar capacity, along with choir accompanying as well as voice class. On the side, I also work at a church musician and occasionally do musical direction with professional and community theaters. |
