Additional Info:	Despite being a young and approachable pianist, I have a great deal of experience of accompanying soloists and ensembles in a variety of settings. As a professional Musical Director, I have accompanied professionally in several major theatre productions, including in the West End. I have just completed a role as pianist and Assistant MD on the recent UK tour of Chess. Although I have great experience in musical theatre repertoire, I was trained as a classical pianist. I hold a Starred First Class Degree from York University, as well as a DipABRSM on piano. I have repetiteured for Opera North. I am an excellent sight-reader, frequently being employed by companies to accompany for auditions, and can play fluently by ear. I have accompanied a range of vocalists, solo instrumentalists and ensembles in a variety of settings from exams, concerts, private functions and festival performances to rehearsals, productions and gigs. I have also accompanied and coached at a range of drama schools, including RADA, Arts Ed, East 15, Guildhall, GSA and Rose Bruford. I have also composed for BBC Radio 4. I am a fun and open person, able to adapt to the needs of each individual performer and performance situation. I can also bring recording equipment to capture a performance, and supply backing tracks for rehearsal or performance. So please drop me a line!
