Additional Info:	Singaporean Pianist Wang Congyu born in year 1992; started learning the piano at the age of three. It was an American Pianist, Sylvia Ng who discovered his talents and decided to take him as student. At a very young age, he gave his solo debut concert playing only pieces of Chopin. Since then, he has been frequently invited to perform as guest soloist. At age 18, Congyu has participated in numerous international competitions and was already awarded many first prizes and special prizes in Europe; which open many doors to piano festivals and master classes. His vast repertoire includes 30 Piano Concertos and complete works of Chopin and Poulenc. He was invited to participate in the London Master classes, Oxford Philomusica International summer academy (England), Salzburg Mozarteum Summer Academy (Austria), Ernen Music Festival (Switzerland), Isang Yun Academy (Paris), Summer Piano Master Classes (Nice). He performed in piano festivals in France, England, Italy, Switzerland and Singapore and has performed up to at least 300 solo piano recitals up to date. At 16, Congyu was accepted into the prestigious Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris “Alfred Cortot”, where he studied with prominent pianists Jean-Marc Luisada, and Caroline Sageman. In year 2009, he entered the Scholar Cantorum de Paris to study with the legendary pianist Gabriel Tacchino. He also receives advices privately from pianists Aquiles Delle-Vigne, Igor Lazko and Cecile Wang. He owes his particular sense of phrasing and colour to the lessons received from a fine pedagogue, Odile Catelin-Delangle. As a teenager, he goes under the intensification auspices of Celebrated Chinese Pianist Siheng Song and continues to receive artistic recommendations from the American Pianist Sylvia Ng. Congyu is an active Chamber musician, he performs in all formations of chamber music, together with Benjamin Brandeleer Ligier, he co-founded a quintet in Paris. He often appears in concerts with Benjamin; so often that they are now recognized as the "Francis Poulenc Duo". The Duo receives constant help from Gabriel Tacchino who was the sole student of Poulenc, and Claude Lelong. Congyu has already performed with ensembles such as the Prima Vista Quartet of Poland, Paris Quartet, ELO Trio etc. Congyu enjoys giving advices and passing on his knowledge to other pianists. Ignoring his age, he had students who scored full marks at the ABRSM examinations. Since he was 15, many of his students have been achieving high scores; some passed their entrance examinations to music schools. He also has a particular fascination for Christian music and has served as a chapel musician in school and Church. Congyu participated in master classes with pianist such as Norma Fleisher, Dr. Nicholas Ng, Sylvia Ng, France Clidat, Aquile Delle Vigne, Igor Lazko, Sergio Perticaroli, Cyprien katsaris, Kaya Han, Françoise Thinat, Odile Catelin-Delangle, Eric Heinsiek, Siheng Song, Cecile Wang and Gabriel Tacchino. Great Pianist such as Maria Joao Pires and Ingrid Filter has invited him to play for them.
Fees:	S$ 90.00 Singapore Dollars Per Hour 2 Rehearsals at $140 and performance at $90. Fees include all transportation and some advices if needed. Free accompaniment for exceptionally high level musicians... or if already very much acquainted.
