David Studied Piano at RWCMD with Fazliddin Husanov, Michael Young & Richard McMahon graduating with the BMus(piano performance). during this time he studied chamber music with Richard Ormrod and took part in master-classes with the Angell Trio, and the Gould trio, and his trio was highly commended in the Cardiff Violins Chamber music prize. Subsequently David undertook an MA (Piano Teaching) at the university of Reading whilst maintaining a teaching practice and free-lance accompanying. He is an experienced accompanist for ABRSM and Trinity/Guildhall exams, GCSE and A-level recitals, college auditions and festivals. He has worked with several choirs and is currently the main accompanist for Serenata Singing Group who specialise in opera scenes and choruses. Minimum of one rehearsal time prior to performance.

Fees

Variable - subject to requirements.
Presently:
Grades 1-5(ABRSM)=£38.00 to include one 45 min rehearsal
Grades 6-8 = £45.00 to include one 60 min rehearsal.
Diplomas/degree recitals:
£55.00 to include one 60 min rehearsal.

*Subsequent rehearsals - please contact me for pricing, however these are usually charged at my hourly rate of £26.00 but are subject to revue with regards to frequency.
**Prices include travel within Cardiff.
NB - diploma/degree level recitals. Please ensure that the music is sent to me AT LEAST 2 weeks before the rehearsal/concert.
