Vivian Doublestein is a collaborative pianist dedicated to the fields of teaching, chamber music, vocal, and instrumental music. At Michigan State University, she received a Masters of Musical Arts degree in 1983, majoring in Piano Accompanying and Chamber Music as a student of Ralph Votapek, winner of the first Van Cliburn award. Vivian has been accompanying for over 40 years and finds making music with others more enjoyable than making music alone. |
