Chancellor Ross Wyman is a pianist, accompanist, vocalist (tenor), and vocal coach who has worked professionally for over 40 years. He is currently the keyboard player for the early services at All-Saints Episcopal Church as well as a tenor section leader in the choir. He also is the accompanist for the Rochester Community Chorus and has played regularly for the CAPA Musical Theater productions at Churchill High School in Livonia, as well as playing for high holy services at Temple Kol Ami in West Bloomfield.
Past positions have included accompanist for the Madison Chorale, Franklin Community Church, Michigan Opera Theater outreach programs, music director/organist for Hope United Church of Christ in Fraser as well as the accompanist for the vocal music programs at Roseville High School and Grosse Pointe Community Schools.
Mr. Wyman received his B.A. in Music from George Washington University in Washington D.C., with a concentration in Piano Performance and has also pursued graduate studies at Wayne State University.
Performance venues include Detroit Orchestra Hall, The Detroit Opera House for Michigan Opera Theater, The Macomb Center for the Performing Arts, and the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center as well as appearing on Bloomfield television's "Time Out For Opera".
Mr. Wyman's career has taken him to Europe several times, performing in France, Germany, Poland, and at St. Peter's Basilica in Rome.
Chancellor has also been an active musician in the Washington D.C. area and has performed at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the National Theatre, Lisner Auditorium, and for the White House and Supreme Court.
