Josephine has a wealth of teaching and performing experiences in the piano and she specialises in teaching the piano to young children. She has been teaching, performing and accompanying for the past 15 years. Josephine’s students ranged from beginners to diploma students and were winners and finalists in :

- Singapore Piano and Violin Competition (Semi-finalists)
- Performer’s Festival (SMTA), (Gold)
- Singapore Asia Youth Piano Competition (Bronze)

Her students were also successful participants of the OMWPA 2016 (Overseas Masters Winter Piano Academy) held in UK, Yehudi Menuhin and had masterclasses with great pianists and tutors such as Andrew Ball, Douglas Finch, Mikhail Kazakevich, Anthony Hewitt, Murray McLachlan and Melanie Spanswick.
