Alex is a pianist, trombonist and conductor, currently based in South West London. He works mostly as a piano teacher, both in schools and privately, while also frequently performing as a part of his portfolio career.
Alex read Music at King's College London, where as a part of his studies, he studied piano in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Music. Since graduating, Alex regularly plays piano for ABRSM and TCL exams around London and for recordings with professional singers. He also conducts a small student orchestra and choir, where he will sometimes conduct from the piano.
He used to work in a south London school as a Music Graduate Assistant, where a large part of his role included accompanying students and ensembles in rehearsals and performances, including supervising all of the GCSE performances for that year's Year 11.
