I have received a Bachelor of Music in both Music Education (K-12) & Music Performance (sacred music emphasis) from Appalachian State University. I also completely a Masters of Music degree in sacred music (organ performance emphasis) from East Carolina University in 2009.

I have studied accompanying with Dr. Catherine Garner and Dr. Keiko Sekino and participated in masterclasses with John Wustman. I regularly accompany students in the NATS vocal competitions as well area vocalists and instrumentalists alike. I have also accompanied the Faure and Durufle Requiems as an organist.
