I have been in this field for over 40 years as a coach and conductor. The bulk of my work is in opera, but I also do musical theater. I like being involved in both areas and feel that there is a lot to be learned from each discipline with regard to performing expressively, while being faithful to the score.
I enjoy the "process" almost more than the product.
I am also a stage director and am currently the Director of the Queens College Opera Studio. I am also on the faculty at NYU.
