George Rizea was born in 1987 and graduated the Bachelor degree in piano performance at G.Dima Music Academy in Cluj Napoca, Bachelor degree in musicology at the National University of Music in Bucharest and Master degree in Chamber Music interpretation at the University of
Oradea. Since October 2019 he started PhD Studies at West University in Timisoara.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Since 2005, he was a soloist, an accompanist and a pianist in chamber music groups.
- He was a guest of several TV shows in Romania at the National Romanian Television
- He was a member in jury for the preselection of Belvedere International Singing Competition in
Amsterdam, March 2015.
- Touring with Vienna Opera Company - Austria (December 2014 and 2015)
- Other recitals and concerts: Romania, Debrecen (Hungary), Potzneusiedl (Austria), Prague
(Czech Republic), Beijing (China).
- In 2015 he was the accompanist for the opera in concert The Magic Flute by W.A.Mozart,
presented on stage at University of Oradea
- Since August 2016 he started his music activity on cruise ships, being hired by
Holland America Line, Seattle, WA, USA, as a pianist in the Adagio
duo group, collaborating with violinists from Romania, Hungary and Ukraine.
