Doctoral-level pianist based in the DMV area with extensive experience accompanying choirs, vocalists, and instrumentalists. I love working with musicians across all these areas and am passionate about creating supportive, musical partnerships.
Former Associate Pianist with the Grammy Award-winning National Children's Chorus, including performances at Wolf Trap. Currently pianist for the French Choir of Washington and Music Director for Mount Vernon Community Children's Theatre (summers). Have worked with numerous choral ensembles throughout the region and collaborate regularly with vocal faculty and students.
Comfortable with diverse repertoire from Baroque through contemporary, including art song, opera, choral literature, and chamber music. Have accompanied singers and instrumentalists for recitals, juries, auditions, competitions, and recordings. Multiple competition prizes as collaborative pianist.
Experienced in rehearsal preparation, sight-reading, and working with performers from intermediate through professional levels. Available to partner with musicians who need an accompanist for private events.
Available throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Happy to travel for the right project.
