Pianist Michael Lazenby has been accompanying instrumentalists, opera singers, and choirs for over ten years. Recent performances have included Tosco Music Parties, UUCC chamber music series, the St. Anthony Festa Italiana, various performances throughout North Carolina and Las Vegas, and at the Tibor Varga Academie in Sion, Switzerland. He holds an undergraduate degree in Piano from the UNC School of the Arts, where he studied primarily with Clifton Matthews, and studied musical collaboration with Dr. Allison Gagnon. He plays many styles proficiently, from Classical to Popular, and Jazz.
