I am a classically trained solo and collaborative pianist based in NYC, graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance. I have been playing the piano for 17 years now and I've completed Certificate of Merit until Level 10 and have done Panel as well. I am currently studying at Manhattan School of Music for my Masters in Piano Performance. I have been teaching for around 5 years now and I currently have my own students around Manhattan, with students of all ages (children to elders). I have had many accompanying experiences from a young age with string instruments and at UCI, I was the accompanist for their ballet class and the UCI choir. I've also accompanied for piano concerto so depending on the level of the piece, I am open to doing those as well. I've had several gigs during my undergraduate years to accompany my fellow classmates and performed at nursing homes and community/ church events. Some feedback I have received from my professors, coaches, and parents, are how quickly I learn pieces and how sensitive my playing is. I think I adapt very well to the other person and am a keen listener so I consider myself very qualified and fit for this position! I am mainly in NYC but I may be back home in LA/OC area every few months so I am still willing to help if you’re in CA.
