Teacher of piano and violin since the age of 16. Music Ed/English B.S. in '63 with Humanities Masters Degree in '95 including Music, Art, History, Philosophy & Literature. I've had 50 years of teaching children and adults of all ages, in addition to serving as church musician soloist, accompanist, organist and pianist in various churches over the years. I'm a Skagit Symphony member as first violinist and member of National Guild of Piano Teachers. Teaching is my passion; and my goal is to always encourage the young to believe in themselves, to perservere in their music and educational endeavors, never give up, and especially to enjoy music as an important part of their lives.
