I've studied piano formally for 18 years. I have strong sight-reading skills. I have experience accompanying for individual vocalists and instrumentalists as well as with ensembles in live performance situations.

I have also studied voice as well as guitar, and have an understanding of the differences in timing necessary for accompaniment of each. I am willing to provide feedback.

I have taught choral singing as well as given piano lessons. My musical tastes are broad and inclusive. I'm willing to try anything musically.

About me: I have a BA in Theatre, I like road trips, I've been in the Peace Corps, I've lived all over the United States, and my favorite period in history is Anglo-Saxon England.

Fees

My rates are negotiable, and depend on the nature of the work, transit and preparation involved, and scheduling. Advance notice is appreciated.

Grouped rates (multiple rehearsals/performances of a consistent set of pieces) are lower than single performances.
