I'm a recently retired Mathematics teacher. At each school I have worked at I was involved with the music department, accompanying the school choir, orchestras and solo performances. Over the last two years 1/3 of my timetable was allocated to this committment at the British School of Gava, near Barcelona. I passed my RSM grades 1 to 8 in my teens and later the ALCM and LRAM piano diplomas. Although my playing is not quite as close to concert performance as it was in my twenties I am a sensitive and proficient accompanist with excellent sight reading skills for any musical genre.
