Based in St. Cloud, I’m a collaborative pianist and organist with a piano performance degree from Saint John's University and more than 30 years of experience partnering with singers, instrumentalists, and ensembles. I began accompanying soloists and choirs in 1993 and have worked professionally as a collaborative musician since 1997.

My current weekly work includes piano and organ for Saint Augustine Church (since 2005), collaborative work with studios and choirs at St. Cloud State University, and frequent concert, contest, and Solo & Ensemble accompaniment for school programs across the region. I’m also regularly engaged for weddings and funerals, providing steady leadership and musical sensitivity in time-sensitive, high-stakes settings.

I’m known for exceptional sight-reading and can reliably support rehearsals, services, and performances even when repertoire arrives late or changes quickly. I prepare efficiently, follow conductors and soloists cleanly, and bring calm, musical partnership to both rehearsal and performance. I can sing while playing when needed, and I’m a commissioned composer.

Recent and ongoing collaborations include vocal studios led by Clara Presser (University of Minnesota Morris), Jenna Kreider, and Jennifer Gerth (College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University), and choral work with directors including Steve Mick, Garrett Lathe, Derek Bebeau, Stephanie Otremba, and Brad Miller, with additional substitute and fill-in work for many other ensembles.

My schedule is active and changes seasonally. I’m currently best suited for project-based and time-bounded work—sub/fill-in assignments, concerts, recitals, auditions, contests, weddings, and funerals—especially engagements with clear dates and defined rehearsal needs. I will consider an additional long-term position only if it’s an exceptional fit in schedule and compensation. Travel is available with advance notice; rates vary by distance, preparation needs, and scheduling. I’m not currently accepting musical theatre work, and I do not offer ongoing teaching except in special situations.
