Zara Baroyan,I am classical musician, PhD of music,originally from Yerevan,Armenia.Currently-I am company pianist with Sarasota Ballet of Florida,it is my 18th season with company.My experience ,as an accompanist was started in 1985,when I was hired as an accompanist for Armenian national ballet where I've worked till 2000.During 15 years-I was plying classical and national ballet's and opera's repertory ,and ballet classes on daily base.Besides my regular work I was playing a lot of chamber music(piano and violin),been participated and received diploma from ARD Munich International competition,Caucasian Republic ballet competition(as an accompanist),Armenian youth vocalist competition( as an accompanist).In 1999 been invited by Columbia artist as a keyboard player and assistant pianist with Troyka Entertainment company for their Andrew Lloyd Webber"Music of the Night" National tour with Michael Bolton as the guest star.After that I have got invitation from L.E.Barnes circus( also in US) for co-operating with circus Nation wide tour as a keyboard player.Also between 1985 and 2000 I had lot of different work-Moscow Theatre Music Comedy under conducting of Vladimir Salnikov,was accompanying Isadora Duncan Dance Group during company tour in Moscow Kremlin Russia,co-operated with Moscow State Chamber orchestra ,under baton Constantine Orbelian.In 2003 was live and work in NYC as an accompanist of several choirs ,and audition pianist on Broadway,for Broadway off touring companies.Since 2004 as of today -company pianist with Sarasota Ballet of Florida,was working with Anna-Maria Holmes,Jose Manuel Correno,Robert De Worren,Iain Webb,Domenic Walsh,Margarette Barbierry, Itzhak Perelman,Alina Kojocaru,Johan Koborg ,Marcelo Gomes and lot more. Annual participants of All State as an accompanist and Youth America Grand Prize (YAGP) ballet competition .
